1 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing the ak71 platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between ak71 and the user.

ak71 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on ak71, the following conditions must be met:

• You must register using your personal and accurate information.
• One person may operate only one account.
• The account may not be used on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification

ak71 may at any time request verification of your identity document, phone number, or address. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension of your account.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account to ak71 support immediately.

3 Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into ak71: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

ak71 monitors any suspicious financial activity and reserves the right to close the relevant account and confiscate funds if fraud is established.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A user may receive a welcome bonus only once.
• If manipulation or unusual betting patterns are detected in bonus usage, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• ak71 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

ak71's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular betting activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback benefit.

VIP benefits and cashback rates are subject to change. Betting activity and platform engagement are taken into account when determining VIP tier.

6 Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if detected:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Transferring funds between multiple accounts with the intent of abusing bonuses.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any game.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Providing a fake identity or false information.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled; however, in certain special circumstances (such as a technical error), ak71 will take the necessary steps.

7.2 Technical Errors

If any game or bet is affected by a technical issue, server downtime, or disconnection, ak71 will attempt a reasonable resolution. Results from a faulty game may be voided.

7.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will generally be considered void and the stake will be refunded. In exceptional circumstances, ak71's decision will be final.

10.2 Closure at ak71's Initiative

If evidence of a rule violation is found, ak71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In this case, legitimately deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

11 Limitation of Liability

ak71 always strives to ensure a reasonable service, but ak71 cannot be held responsible in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Issues arising from third-party service failures.
